It started with an idea.
What if there was an online vitamin shop where I truly saw results from what I bought?

MY STORY

Sometime in 2022, I stood in my kitchen with seven jars in front of me.

Magnesium, vitamin D, omega 3, a multivitamin, a probiotic, something with ashwagandha, and a powder whose name I couldn't even pronounce. All bought on someone else's advice. A friend, a podcast, an Instagram post.

I had been taking them for three months. Dutifully, every morning.

And I still felt miserable.

That morning I thought: I have no idea what I'm doing. I didn't know which jar helped with what. Not which brands were trustworthy. Not what was happening in my body. I just took them because everyone said they were good.

So I threw everything away. Literally, in the trash.

And started over. With one thing at a time. Three months of testing. Feeling if it did anything. Only then the next.

That approach became Vitamines.

We have now shipped over 150,000 packages and served more than 50,000 customers. But we're just getting started. I hope to give you as much clarity in the field of nutrition and supplementation as I have gained in recent years.
