What are the shipping costs for my order?
Shipping your vitamins costs €4.95. For orders over €70, shipping is free.

I have not received an order confirmation
It is possible that the order confirmation ended up in your spam inbox. If your order confirmation is not in your spam, please contact us via: support@vitamines.com

Can I return my order?
Yes, you always have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. Send an email to: support@vitamines.com to register your return.
Returning by post is at your own expense, and the product must be unopened. The return address is:

Clearly state your order number and reason for return.

According to track-and-trace, my order has been delivered, but I have not received anything?
First, check with your neighbours if they have accepted your order for you. With PostNL's track-and-trace function, you can often see exactly where your package has been delivered. If your neighbours also do not have the order, wait one more working day. It can happen that your order is still delivered one working day later.
