Coffee gives you a boost, but then comes the crash. Matcha provides steady focus without that crash, thanks to the combination of caffeine and the amino acid L-theanine. Our matcha comes from Japan and is traditionally ground with stone mills into a velvety smooth powder.

Contains catechins (including EGCG), caffeine, and L-theanine. Green tea helps protect cells and tissues from oxidative damage*. Much of the matcha on the market is coarsely ground or mixed with cheap tea powders.

HOW TO USE Herbalist Matcha

Add 1 scoop (1 gram) of matcha to a bowl. Add hot water (60-70°C, not boiling) and whisk in a W-motion until a frothy green drink is formed.
