Gebruik

Dissolve 1 scoop of 18 grams of powder in 300 ml of water or, for example, vegan milk. Powder dissolves best with the use of a blender or mixer. The tastiest thing is of course to process it into a delicious shake!

What do you need?

• Blender
• Cup of (vegan) milk
• 1 banana
• 1 date (without pit)
• Handful of spinach
• Handful of frozen mango
• 1 scoop Boom protein

Put all the ingredients together in a blender. Blend briefly and your shake is ready!
